Okay, I try to drink water but I either "forget" to drink it or I just don't wanna.
How do I make sure to remember to drink my water? Honestly, I don't drink water if I'm really into it.

I have this problem too. I drink sparkling water ( I fake myself into thinking its soda lol) and water with MIO to make It taste better because if it taste better I am more willing to drink it. I try to have a water bottle around me at all times because if its there I am more willing to drink it. I hope this helps and good luck : )

I only drink water, so if I forget, I'm going to end up in the hospital with dehydration.

You don't *have* to drink water to lose weight or be hydrated. You can get hydrated with foods and drinks that aren't water, ie fruits, veggies, soups, milk, coffee, soda pop, tea, etc. If you don't like water, you can get hydrated drinking/eating other things. IMO, water's advocated for weight loss because it has zero calories (unless you add something to it).
