So I noticed when I log in my strength training whether be just at home or at the gym it doesn't give me any extra like my cardio does?

The strength training logger is meant for tracking reps/weight. What some people do is also add it into cardio to get credit for calories. I've seen people post that they use "circuit training" or some similar option.
Personally, I don't track the calories from lifting. I consider those bonus weight-loss calories. I track only the calories burned in cardio according to my HRM, not MFP, and only eat those back, so the calories burned from lifting add to my deficit.0 -
OIC, I get it. Thanks, I think I will use them as bonus, too. :flowerforyou:0
