pcos and running exercise

hi
i'm 22 year old girl. i have pcos but i'm thin, i'm kinda of one of those girls who doesn't gain weight no matter what they eat! i'm on the medication with metphormin 500 and spironolactone 100 each a day. i haven't really exercised in my life which is bad! so i wanted to start exercising with running in the morning.
i'm going head out about 6:30 in the morning for 45 minutes running/jogging/walking combined, and i'm gonna eat only a banana an hour before that, a chocolate milk after that then light breakfast when i come home. i was wondering is my running program gonna be different because i have pcos and i'm on medication??? is there any dos and don'ts?

thanks

I have PCOS and Hashi's and I have no problems with long/intense cardio workouts. The only thing is, I try not to take my Spiro before a workout because I find that it makes me fatigued.
