Hi!
I'm sorry if this will be similar to many other posts..

I started my journey wanting just to lose weight.
now I wish, and I think I can do it, to be also a bit more fit.

I won't go in a gym -really cannot
I won't run -my knees crudely protest

I read here and there about Youtube video suggesting exercise/programs you can do at home?
But, before, I skipped the information since I was not -yet- interested.

Would you be so kind as to suggest me some of those video again?

Thank you in advance!

Type in anything related - workout video for example. Some good will come.

I like using the HasFit videos. They are on youtube but they also have their own website.

Check out the BeFit channel on Youtube. They offer tons of free videos for every fitness level. I'm also a fan of the Nerd Fitness channel.

You could also check out www.fitnessblender.com. They have a search function that allows you to narrow down searches to beginner levels, exercise type, time available, etc.

If your knees are troubling you and you know this is not a health issue, start by walking. It is the safest and most effective exercise to start getting fit. I do not mean you should not do anything else, but try to add 2-3 long walks in your weekly routine.

Yes, thank you, I walk every time I can and my legs and butt, even if I still have a lot of fat to go, are quite toned; my upper body instead is very... well, not toned at all, and my belly, well.. :)
So I was looking for something both general and specific.

I thank you all very much for your suggestions!

When you go to the main page (www.fitnessblender.com), hit "Find a Workout." Then, click "Search Workouts" in the top right.

    I truly thank you all!

This evening was my first time with one of those video, and it felt great :)

I had an exceptional coach, I must admit... my 6 years-old daughter, that helped me by proposing some exercises of her own... and one was a damned difficult one!!!
And she helped me again by pushing -really- me down to make me match the figure she proposed me... damn! :):)<3<3<3<3

(by the way, she wanted me to stand up, legs apart, then down on my hands -legs well stretched, and then I had to make push-ups!!!)

    Anyway, thank you again...

It's the first time in my whole life that I try to do exercises non by chance (walking, cycling) but because I want to be a better me, and that I feel that I can do it.

Let's see what happen next :)

    Thank you...
