Sometimes I eat to full. Completely satisfied. My calorie intake is supposed to be 1200 calories. I usually eat a little less than that. Tonight I had two pieces of tilapia and 10 asparagus. I was completely full. Is that okay? I was still under my calorie goal.

Are you asking if it's ok to feel full?

Yeah, a little confused. 1200 seems like the bare minimum. I would think if you're not bursting that some extra fish and asparagus would be fine... There are worse things to stuff yourself with.

In other words: Yes, you are under your calorie goal. You're not feeling hungry. I think you're going to be fine.

1200 is low already. If you are adding exercise it's even lower and probably not healthy. Maybe you could use snacks to fill out your calories between meals. Good luck!

yes full is GOOD... consider it a blessing to feel full after eating a healthy little meal like that.

It's quite common for people to lose their appetite when they are under-eating for a period of time. It doesn't mean that your body doesn't need more food though. Feeling full has to do with complex hormonal processes, and different foods will make you fuller than others. If you are struggling to eat enough, aiming for more calorie dense foods (for example, foods that are higher in fat) can make it easier.

It is totally ok - as long as if tomorrow you have a hungry day and need a little more, you go ahead and eat a little more. I like to look at my eating over the course of a week. Sometimes I have hungry days, sometimes - not hungry days.

Yup to this! Not going to choke down more stuff I don't want when I know for a fact that tomorrow I'm going to be in close proximity to a lovely patisserie. I can inhale a chocolate eclair at 11am most days... and this way I get to occasionally do just that!
