simple arm toning exercises?

what is your favorite exercise to firm/tone your arms?

I have super weak arms. I like to lift 5-8 lb weights while I'm at work and not too busy in clinic.0

I love skullcrushers. Basically, you lay on your back and take your arms straight up over your shoulders. Keeping your elbows directly over your shoulders, you lower the weight in your hands down toward your head, hence the name. Great for building and defining the triceps.
If you go to my profile and look at my pictures, they're mostly workout cards with different exercises. There are some arm things there you could try too.0 -
push ups, dips, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, hammer curls0
