Teen girls trying to lose

Hey guys! I was wondering if we could have a motivational group for teens who are trying to lose weight!
I will tell you my story!
Over the course of 2012-2013, I gained 17 pounds and was 189. As of April, I had gotten down to 171 pounds. Now it seems like a roller coaster where I can't stay at that weight or down to my goal of 155. I feel like I eat too many carbs, and that I give myself a break, and then go off the scale completely. I am obsessed with my bagels and Dunkin coffee. Can anyone provide support who is feeling the same way!?

There is a different site I think its called spark teens or something like it. This site if for adults 18+ so if you are under that and looking for a motivational group for your age you're on the wrong site hun. You will probably get a lot of negative comments from members who like to see the 18+ rule strictly enforced.
But just to give you a boost in the right direction as far as your roller coaster its not all carbs, its what you eat and the amount you eat. Weight loss is 80% diet 20% exercise so If you are loading up on bagels and sugary drink you are going to hit a wall and gain. If you can't give up your dunkins try ordering from the menu with the little green man, smarter choices. Healthy choices, appropriate portions, raised activity levels.0 -
There are actually alot of teens on here. I know Ive used this website since seventh grade and I am a junior now. Ignore the negative comments from adults if you get any. "Adults" dont put younger people down or anybody for that matter. Spark teeens has pretty much died out. I love this website and I look forward to supporting you!0
