Lifting and Cardio

I recently just started lifting five days a week. The program i'm on says to do 10-15 sets of intervals and then 15 minutes of very light cardio (elliptical or walking). I have been doing this, but I also do Zumba 4 nights a week, which is an hour long. I burn roughly 400 according to HRM. Should I still be doing all of this cardio while lifting? My main goal is to further develop a six pack and gain some muscle.

You will definitely have a tough time gaining anything (weight, muscle) at your height and weight and doing Zumba. You are at a VERY low weight for your height. How many calories are you eating? How much protein?

Protein is about 130g a day. Calories is 1500 net. I eat back exercise calories.

What's your TDEE? To gain muscle you should be eating at a caloric surplus.

I think that you're under eating, when it comes to trying to gain muscle. If I do the math right, you're eating about 1900 calories a day. According to the TDEE calculator I looked at, you're still in a pretty decent deficit. In order to "bulk" you need to be a lot closer to maintenance. More like 2300-2500 cals.

You're going to need to eat in a surplus to build the muscle you need for visible abs.
You can do cardio, but it means you will need to eat even more.
