I had spring mix salad with a little diced tomato, boiled egg, and just a little extra sharp cheddar cheese, dressed with oil and balsamic. And a corn and black bean salsa that I made with lime juice, cilantro, and EVOO. And baked cod left from last night. What are you eating?0

Sounds super good! How do you make your hummus?0 -
I put 1c baby carrots and 1/2 fuji apple in cuisinart and chopped them up.
I put them in a bowl, then mixed in 1 T raisins, 1 teaspoon mayo, a little salt.
I ate it with 2 oz cooked chicken meat.
Variations: instead of mayo, use olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Can also put in things like celery, black olives, chopped almonds, etc.0 -
