2nd time around

Over a year ago, I "released" 25 lbs on Lindora but didn't continue following the plan. Became unfocused and went back to my old eating patterns and gained it all back. Well here I go again. This time has to be different!!! Downfall are nuts (healthy if eaten in moderation............MODERATION?????????????), some sweets and lack of portion control. Activity is light which doesn't help either. I'm back - 2nd time around and am a success this time!!

Yay. This is my third time around.
I'm finding that eating a 'Smart Ones' meal (plus fruits/veggies) for dinners helps a lot. No need to think of portions, you just lift the plastic a bit and throw it in the microwave.
I definitely have the same issue with peanuts, or anything peanut flavored. One serving of Nutter Butters is the whole container. D80 -
Thanks Myrissa. On yes, anything with peanuts or peanut butter is major weakness. I have peanut flavored protein bars which is working. Been a long time since I used Smart Ones. Will have to check them out again.0
