Seeing as I put my activity level at 'fairly active' on MFP, do I need to include my exercise done while doing my job? (I walk dogs as my PT job). My pedometer says I walked 2 miles. I don't want to accidentally credit myself for what's already being accounted for and eat over my calories.
Thanks all!
Thanks all!

Good luck in achieving your goals on MFP!0 -
Nope just add additional exercise above what you consider 'normal'0

No, it's already accounted for.0
