I don't want to take a ton of vitamins. Could someone please suggest a good womens mulitvitamin that promotes weight loss?
Thanks in advance.

I love Alive WOMEN (Made with 26 fruits and vegs) women they come in reg pills and gummy. Walmart sells them for about $8.00. Not for weight loss but GREAT FOR YOUR WOMEN HEALTH.0

I use Ortho-Core - its not very cheap, but I actually notice a difference in my energy and stuff when taking them which I have never experienced before with a drug store brand.0

I take Vitafusion Multivite Gummy Vitamins for Women. I don't know if they're great, but they seem to be better than other multivitamins with a comparable price. 250 for $12 at Sam's Club. I have trouble swallowing pills, so I need chewables. =/0

Fresh, farm raised meats, adequate fats in your eating plan and fresh fruits and vegetables. :flowerforyou:

Why do you think that you need supplements?
If you eat properly, good food will provide all ... wont it?
Follow the money!!!0 -

Sorry, but why do you take them? Do you just think that you should or has a Dr recommended them.0 -

Yes eating good, real food will provide all the nutrients we need. In fact, many doctors are recommending not taking vitamins because most of them are not absorbed anyway, so its a waste of time and money.0 -
Most vitamins in pill form can't be properly absorbed by the body so you'd actually be paying a lot of money for something that has negligible effect. Unless you have been advised to take supplements by a doctor, I would focus instead on getting all the nutrients you need from a healthy, balanced diet. That'll sort the weight loss out too :-)0

I take One A Day Multivitamin Gummies for Women. I figure I pee most of it out anyway, so it needs to taste good. I don't really know why I continue to take them. I don't eat enough veggies, so it makes me feel good to fool myself into thinking I'm "making up for it" with a multivitamin.0

Well, TBH, I had a ton of Prenatal vitamins from my pregnancy.....my son is a year old now, I still take them! it has soooo many extra perks other than regular mulitvitamin. so there you go...Id go with a quality brand...0

I take One-A-Day brand and love it. I have to take it after eating something though otherwise on an empty stomach I get nauseous from the iron in them.0

My doctor told me to take a multivitamin. I don't really know if they do anything. I do eat fairly well (veggies, whole grains, etc) but I figured a vitamin can't really hurt.0 -

I've been told by my Dr to continue taking my prenatal vitamin (indefinitely), so I take the Vita-Fusion gummies that we bought in bulk when they were BOGO at the grocery store, and a separate iron tablet. As they say, it can't hurt, but it could help I also don't think I eat enough vegetables (would love to eat more).0
