Calories burned per day?

How many calories do you average per day?

When I started I was at 200 now im up to 700....is that about what everyone else does or should I be striving to do more?

    Off hand, that's pretty good. It's a pound a week.
  • I don't think the calorie burn is so important as long as you are eating under your calorie goal. Having said that, I am burning about 800 to 1000 6 days a week and about 200 to 300 on the 7th day.
  • My workout burns between 300 and 400.
  • 500 a day is a good goal because that would equal one pound a week. Research I've read said do 30 min a day exercise to maintain and 60-90 to lose weight. A combination of eating healthy and exercising is a great way to lose weight.
