Trying to put together some meals for the next 2 weeks and was looking for some input on what some of your favorite low-cal meals are? Anything you like that is freezable?

Every time I buy Organic brown rice, I cook the whole package. Then, I dish it into 8-oz storage containers (1 cup) and freeze them. Anytime I want a meal with brown rice, it's just a minute and a half in the microwave instead of the 40-minute cook time. Also, I keep a lot of frozen stir-fry veggie medleys on hand... and boneless skinless chicken breasts. I'll slice and cook the chicken (4oz), and then stir-fry it with a bag of veggies and heat up one of the brown rice containers. It's a 15 minute dinner and the whole thing is just 515 calories.

Great idea on cooking the whole box of rice and freezing, thanks!
