Hello, I'm Sara

A few years ago I went down from weighing 200 lbs to 152 in 6-8 months (I was 5'9 and 14 years old and size 16) Unfortunately due to unexpected surgery I managed to gain a lot of it back :(

I'm now around 190 (19 years old, 5'11) and a size 12. I joined this website in hopes of loosing about 20 lbs and want to stay motivated. I'm also looking for new friends!

Good luck Sara. I have found this site to be very helpful. I am struggling right now because I stopped recording my food and then it was so easy to slip….keeping track really helps keep you ON track--at least that is what I have found. So, I am starting again. Best of luck to you-I find that just keeping track of what you eat helps you make sure to eat healthy--I try to make sure I get the right number of servings of fruits and vegetables and protein-the weight comes off easily and I feel much more energetic. You can do it
