Well I joined MFP 96 days ago, and also just completed T25- the entire 3 month program. Pretty happy with my progress, but far from my goals. Along with T25 I would also do other workouts like walking and jogging and misc. stuff. Don't mind my stomach (not the best still), had a hysterectomy on Oct 4, 2013 and 4 other surgeries for Endometriosis in the last 8 years. Been a long road and I have another 30 pounds I would like to drop and lots of toning to do. All the sweat and pain was worth it and I'm going to keep pushing myself. No turning back now or giving up. I feel so much better than I did 3 months ago. Starting P90X3 Monday! Lost a total of 18.8 pounds since Dec 28, 2013

Weight on Dec 28, 2013- 186lbs.
Started diet/workouts on 1/13-14-183lbs.
3 months of T25-Current Weight 167.2
Lost Total of 18.8lbs since Dec 28,2013
Lost 15.8 since Jan 13, 2014-T25 (3 months)

Thanks! :) I have to say it works and we followed the program exactly. Did all 3 months, with my hubby. He doesn't need to lose weight :) He just did it to support me and he likes to be fit and active. It was nice to workout together too! I loved it, did other things too like walk/jog treadmill and really watched my diet. I am happy with my results and would say do it, it's 25 min and typically I burnt 200- to over 300 calories per workout it depends how hard you push yourself.

Awesome work! I just finished week 4 of alpha and it's a post like this that inspires me to keep going. I also had a hysterectomy, and just turned 50, and it takes A LOT more effort to lose a pound.

And, yes, while the stats speak volumes, you do look great.

    Congrats!

You look great! Congratulations. I have been considering T-25, but I have been worried about knee pain. I have had to stop other programs in the past because of this. Did you have any problems with knee pain?

Thank you! Yes I agree, it's very hard and I'm 34. 5 surgeries and 2 kids it's not as easy as it was back in the day. Don't give up. :) Thanks!
