    What's something you can't live without? Healthy or not?

    Food in general. Seriously, I would die without it.

    There is a very long list of foods that I would not want to live without, but none that I wouldn't give up in a heartbeat if I found it was damaging my health.

    Healthy:
    -Peanut Butter
    -Fruits (Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries.. see my username)

    Unhealthy:
    -Chocolate ice cream
    -Miss Vicky's Jalapeno Chips
    -Huge bowls of pasta, tomato sauce, and a ridiculous amount of parmesan cheese

    My Kryptonite are those fresh baked soft pretzels. My body is one of those that definitely does not handle refined carbs well. And those are basically 350 calories of pure refined carbs each. And I eat them with a dip. In the end two of those and an unwise choice of dip can come up to 1200 calories .. almost all white carbs all on their own :( GOD DAMN IT!!

    I allow myself a treat of them like once a month and I ALWAYS gain a little weight on a day I eat them. Wether I stick to my calorie total or not. It's not the end of the world but it IS the single worst thing i eat.

    The other thing is fresh baked fish like salmon I friggin LOVE that. And it's awesome for me so you can imagine this graces my post workout lunches fairly often.

    Now I don't eat these very often, but I used to LOVE double bacon cheeseburgers with pepperjack cheese!!!

    Chicken alfredo.
    Any kind of bread.

  • Ice cream, cookies, baked goods, candy...pretty much anything that contains wheat and sugar. Been wheat and sugar free for 2 weeks now...wish me luck on my 3rd!

    On a side note, I stopped drinking Monster energy drinks a week ago. Wow they are addicting! I'm kinda proud of myself for getting rid of those :happy:
