77 calorie chocolate shake

1 cup non fat milk
2 tbsp sugar free fat free chocolate pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tbsp splenda (2-3 small packets)
2 tbl cool whip (optional)
7 icecubes

place all in a blender that chops ice well. Blend until is well mixed and all of the ice is chopped up. Mixture should be nice and thick.
This recipe makes almost 20 ounces, divide recipe in half or share the full version with someone special.

77 calories per serving
remember this recipe makes two servings.

    Im not into chocolate that much, but I love pistachio and banana, I wonder if those puddings would work too. Thanks for the recipe, now its time to test it out. its the perfect way to spend my last 100 calories tonight.

    i had a couple of extra calories left so I added chocolate syrup , so that added an extra 25 calories. 102 calories in total

    I made this last night for me and my husband. Didnt quite get 20 OZ, more like 16, but used banana pudding instead of chocolate, all the other ingredients were as listed. He really liked it and wanted more. Me too... good recipe. I added it to the database.
