Hey
Has anyone done T25 & what results did you have!!!
I started it today & going on holiday in four weeks, just wondering if could drop a dress size by then!!!
I'm a size 16 just now & would like to a size 12 eventually but will be happy at size 14 for holiday!!!

I'm on week two of beta, and lost two lbs and 3 ish inches overall in alpha. I am much stronger, and see ab definition beginning. A lot will depend on your diet while doing the program and how intense you workout. I do find it physically exhausting though. Not so much each individual dvd, but the cumulative effects of the program.

Ye I'm going to start logging my food intake to keep track!!!!
I usually go to gym & do classes like attack & pump but I've been doing those for years without any success, so just thought I'd give it a go!!!
I was sweating this morning when done cardio one but I enjoyed it!!!!

Yeah keep in mind weight loss is about calories burned vs. calories consumed. So you could do the best exercise program in the world and you would not get anywhere if you are eating more than your burning.
That being said, I was on a 5 week road trip and tested the waters a bit with alpha while doing so, I had some water retention for awhile when I first started but it definitely gave me a sweat. I also love the modifier, my knees are really really weak and it was so nice to find a program that had something like that ^^. I got mine used on ebay for pretty cheap.
I'm officially going to start Monday though, I didn't want to start it officially when I was on my road trip, so I just sorta did it on the days I could find the time. When I officially start it, I'm going to follow the calendar that it comes with.0 -
I just ordered it, is it a lot of impact moves? I don't have the greatest knees or ankles. Very excited!!0

I'm going to start following calender on Tuesday so that my measuring days a Sunday & yes I defo need to cut calories!!!!
I looked to see if there was a wee challenge thread for it but couldn't see one, may have been good if there was a few doing it!!!
There is an easier option I did some of that today but it's only my first day so hopefully someone who's done them all can tell you about the impact!!!!0 -

They have a modifier that you can follow, when I did my test run of alpha I followed the lady who was modifying, it was easy on my knees but I still worked up a sweat. I also have bad knees.0 -
