Scraped my skin... will running prevent healing?

Hey everyone. Got my shin pretty good the other day doing box jumps. I want to get my cardio on tonight, but I want to know this will prevent the cut from healing due to the constant point and flex nature of the workout.
Anyone have any knowledge about or experience with this?
Thanks.

Um can you provide a source for that? I'm calling total broscience.
But really, you should be fine

I run with cuts all the time. You'll be fine.0

If a scabbed area hurts or cracks open when you run, try softening it up first with Vaseline.0

Just keep it moisturized whenever you're working out. You'll be totally fine. :flowerforyou:0

I think you should just give up now before you set yourself up for failure.0
