Going through menopause?

I'm going through menopause and looking for anyone else who is struggling with the weight gain that comes along with that. It's a frustrating problem, and has different challenges from other types of weight loss, so I'd love to be part of a group of ladies who are going through the same thing. Thanks!

    There are some menopause groups. If you click on "Groups", then do a search on Menopause, then you'll get a list of those groups.
