Insanity 60 day Challenge

I am starting my Insanity 60 day challenge tomorrow 4/19. I'm 197 pounds & need to get myself healthy. Anyone want to join me on this journey? I'd like to hear from others that have or are currently doing Insanity.
Feel free to friend me. I'm looking for those doing Insanity for support.

    Ok. Just finished day 1 Fit Test. My goodness. It was not pretty. Here are my results:
    1. Switch Kicks - 75
    2. Power Jackst - 33
    3. Power Knees - 59
    4. Power Jumps - 24
    5. Globe Jumps - 8
    6. Suicide Jumps - 9
    7. Push up jacks - 5
    8. Low plank Oblique - 34

    Some of these moves were modified because I just simply could not do it like them. I did push ups with my knees down. I cannot do a real push up nor can I do the jack part. Like I said not pretty but its my start.

    Insanity is brilliant. I just finished my 2nd week, sweat bucket loads and find it challenging but I always push through and feel amazing afterwards. I've lost 4lbs so far and gone from 30.3% body fat to 28%. Already I can feel my stamina increasing. Glad to see others are doing it too. :)

    You guys are all great. Today was day 2 or day 1? I did the Insanity Plyometric cardio circut. Boy was that torture. LOL I notice I could not do some of the moves well. I sure tried. I know I will get better at this. I was sweating buckets. I sure hope in the end this is all worth it.

    I did day 4 today. It is a tough workout. I have done a bunch of Jillian Michaels stuff before and I thought I was in pretty decent shape but this is waaay harder!! I am modifying some moves and my pace is not as quick as theirs but I am trying my best!Good luck! Friend request sent :smile:

    Hi just wondering how you are getting on with the Insanity Workout? I've just completed day 2 and feel like i'm dying haha, but I really want to do this and will hopefully see great results. Am looking to keep motivated by chatting/sharing experiences etc with other people currently doing the Insanity programme xx

    Hi i've just completed day 2, if you want a workout buddy i'll do my best :-). I feel determined to complete the Insanity programme but boy is it hard going - in a good way. Every muscle in my body is aching - including one's i didn't even know about hehe. I'm hoping to give/gain support for/from others to keep me motivated xx
