Hey all. I am a 6 ft Male who started at 315 on Feb 9th 2014. I use to eat fast food almost every meal every day and drank a ton of soda. In the last 2 months i have not had a soda and eat almost no fast foods. I work out now 5-6 days a week and i work as a retail supervisor so on top of it all i am walking 3 to 4 miles a day at work. My calorie intake is about 2200 and i feel great. Just wanted to share some progress pics as i am down 25 pounds in just over 2 months. I hope these uploaded correctly! Just want to show people that they can do this too. I still have a ways to go. my first goal was to get under 300 pounds, i hit that and now i want to get to 275. My eventual final goal is 215 pounds. I do just pure cardio right now (elliptical and treadmill) any advice on how to lose the main stomach fat?

I see that stomach fat coming off already! As anyone will tell you, there's no way to target an area - you'll see it drop off all over. But for men, I see them loose the last bit of stomach fat last, and do really well once they start weight training and really watching their empty carbs. You're doing fantastic!0

And may I add, your manly-ta-ta's have flattened out a lot. It's amazing how well your body is tightening up!0

Your tummy is definitely slimming down! I've read that that happens in the kitchen. So eating healthier. I wish I knew for sure because I'd love to get rid of my gut.
Great job! Looking good!

How i have done it.
1) went from eating fast food for almost every meal of the week to maybe 1 meal a week or none at all.
2) replaced all soda, haven't had a soda since Feb 9th. Even if i do eat fast food i get water with it.
3) Using MFP to track exactly what i am eating and putting into my body, also keeping my calories at 2,200
4) Working out at least 4 days a week. Most week's its 5-6 days a week. I also work an active retail supervisor job for a sporting goods store and i usually walk 3-4 miles a day at work (5 days a week) on top of my workouts.
5) Taking good multi-vitamins to help fuel my body.
6) Mental motivation and dedication. Belief in yourself that you can do anything you set your mind too.
