Petite girls: 5'0 trying to lose 25-30 lbs in 4 months

Hi all!

Kind of new to MFP. I've been on and off. I'm 22 years old, 5'0 tall, and currently weigh about 143 lbs. My goal weight is 115-118 lbs - my weight before I started college. Trying to lose all the weight I gained during college, and then some.

I plan on doing cross training + bouldering about 3 days a week, running + pilates 3 days a week, and a chill walk/hike on Sundays. MFP gave me a goal of 1380 calories daily, but I plan on playing that by ear. I just plugged in Active as the lifestyle, and a goal of 1.5 lb a week on MFP, and I don't plan on eating my exercise calories since I figure the "active" lifestyle already factors that in.

Thoughts on the feasibility of this in 4 months? I just left my current job, and I'm spending some time traveling and really working out before I go to grad/professional school in late August. Aiming to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week, though it'll probably look like a 2 lb weight loss for awhile and then start to taper off to 1lb a week the closer I get to my goal weight.

Just make sure that you are keeping up healthy eating habits! Part of the weight loss is your activity, but your diet also factors in as well. From most of the online sources I have read, 1-2 pounds per week is still a healthy loss but you just have to make sure that your body is getting the nutrition that it needs!

Side note, it's nice to meet you, especially since I'm a 23 year old who is only 5'0 tall. My current weight is in at 166 and I've set two goals as benchmarks for myself. First, I want to reach 150 and see how I feel- if I want to keep going, then my goal is 135-140. I've always been on the heavier side so I'm trying to keep my goals realistic too so I don't get discouraged! Don't want to aim for something around 120 right away.
