Going backwards, what could be wrong?

I noticed that I gained 1 kg in the last 4 days, and another 1 kg crept on as well last week !

Even though I am always under my calorie goal, I dont eat junk food or sugars, always eating healthy ! Drinking lots of water

Also working out 3 times a week (boot camp session 1 hour each)

This was working for me fine 2 or 3 months back, now its like falling backwards downhill

Don't go by the scale. You are doing great! Pounds will come and pounds will go but being healthy is the greatest feeling! Remember you have a lot of us cheering you on. Good luck!

Weight loss is not linear, so take measurements & photos, too.

But you lose weight by eating at a deficit, not by eating "clean." Open your diary for personalized advice, but if I had to guess I'd say you're underestimating your food. Do you weigh everything?

I have to disagree and feel you should go by the scale its very important imo. Have you changed things in your diet?. Maybe eating more or different foods. And with your exercising its it still intense for you?

I log everything in my diary, and try to get the weights and type of food I add as accurate as possible. And every day for the past 45 days I was under my goal.

I did a one week plan where I cut off caffeine, dairy, meats, wheat , and lost 2 kg .. could those be the same 2 kg after I came back to eating non veg and drinking coffee ?

could be mate. Id say find a plan you are pretty much gonna stay with, and do that for another week and see the progress from there. I don't like changing things to extreme as i found it can throw you off.
