I am new to this website. Are there any diabetics out there? Trying to lose weight with not much success. Any tips?

    I am also a diabetic. I have type 1 and I hold most of my weight on my belly. I have lost a few pounds. Cutting out a lot of carbs and sticking to my calories. Good Luck to you.
