I run 3 days a week (approx. 10 miles per week). I'm brand new to weight lifting and I was wondering if I can do my leg workouts on the days I run.

Only you will be able to decide that. I know after Squats/Deads/Hyper Extensions I am pretty much moving no where quickly enough to be considered a run.. more of a slow wobble0

I guess I'll just have to experiment and see what works best. Thanks!0

I run occasionally and do crossfit. For cross fit we run and do weights. I Like to run on leg days that way they have more rest time on days we focus on upper body movements. I run less on my own since starting crossfit but my distance and time have improved since ive strengthened those muscles.0

I was always less sore if I did my run as warmup before lifting...0
