Just kidding. I've been working out and eating right and have lost weight and feel good. Up to now I was using Livestrong to do my tracking, but myfitnesspal seems to have a smoother interface so I've come over here to give it a try.

    Thanks guys! It's good to be here. I'm trying to make some permanent changes. I think 'diet' means all the time, not just, until I'm thiner

    Replace "diet" with "lifestyle" and you got it
