Healthy all natural protein snack

This is my virgin of a natural filling protein snack on the go. SO TASTY!

In a bowl mix in:

1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 c wheat germ or ground flaxseed
1/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 Tbsp Flax seed
1 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Scoop chocolate or Vanilla protein powder
1/3 c Sliced Almonds
2 1/2 Tbsp halved pecans

Mix all of these dry ingredients together then add in

1/3 c honey
1/3 c Almond Butter or Peanutbutter
1 Tbsp Water

Mix all these ingredients together until a type of doughy sticky texture forms. If not then add 2 more Tbsp of water but only one at a time. Everything should be incorporated together. In a squared pan add some parchment paper and leave a little sticking out on the sides and then spread the mixture evenly into the pan. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Cut into small sized bars.

Calories for the whole pan is 1755

    Sure! The best is 100% Whey Isolate Protein (Optimum Nutrition Gold) it tastes great too!
    Another one I used and really loved was ISO Femme Protein Powder (Its great for women & Weight loss)
