HOW I LOST 118KG IN UNDER 1 YEAR

In August 2012 I was in London and was riding on a bus to Liverpool Street. A friend of mine took a pic of me being shown on CCTV. It was very unclear.

I argued with him for days and eventually admitted it was me.

I left London infuriated and hurt. At the airport I jumped on the scale… 198 kg!!!

I was emotionally finished that I had let myself get to this point the time was NOW. Change was upon me and I knew I wanted to do it
