Hello my name is Stephanie and I am 31 this year. I have a 2 year old daughter and I stay at home with her. I would keep saying i need to do this or that. And I eat pretty healthy, but I was just lying to myself. I would eat healthy and then eat a bunch of junk and say it was ok. And sadly i still struggle with that on some days. But I am getting that junk out of my house. And I started a C25K 2 weeks ago and I actually like it. Who would have thought i would like running but I seem to. I'e been on and off of myfitnesspal for years. Even had to create a new account b/c i forgot my info for the first one. But I am back and I planning for the long hall. My reasons for wanting this are more personal for me now and not just what I think they should be, but actual reasons. So yay for not lying to myself anymore. But I know i need help, my fiancee is supportive but sometimes he just doesn't understand. I hope to meet some great new people, who can be supportive through my journey and I in turn shall be in their journey. I look forward to meeting all my new friends I don't know yet. =D

I myself have been on again off again with myfitnesspal and my dieting. I started about 5 weeks ago with my best friend and I can tell you having a support system is KEY to success.
I have lost 9 lbs in 5 weeks, which is less than I was hoping but hey we all gotta start somewhere. I know that I feel a lot better and work out 4-5 times a week and I know that if I keep this up the weight will drop as well.
I have 2 children who are very active and finding the time can be difficult, but you just have to make yourself a priority along with all the other responsibilities of being a mom...You can do this!!!!

Hi all
I am back here again for the hundredth time, I am 36 single full time working mum with a shaky self esteem which I know will be put right if I am true to myself and stop kidding myself and disappointing myself with bad food choices and lazy habits. I would be embarrassed if anyone knew my eating habits. So I am tired of going round in circles and I want to achieve something so I can be proud of myself and know I have worked hard and did a good job
So I am starting today, I am only putting things in my body that will do me good, no more rubbish that puts pressure on digestive system and makes me toxic and miserable.
I plan to exercise for an hour a day and stay away from processed, fatty takeaway foods that are making me fat and miserable. I need a new me please! And I know its up to me alone, I can do this, there is nobody or nothing stopping me except myself

I'm back also after a very rough end to 2013. I'm ready to count my calories and dring my water then stop working so late so I can go home and workout and cood a healthy meal for my family. I have a lot to look forward to in 2014 and its time I loose this weight and start living life. Please feel free to friend me as I will be on here daily looking for support and giving support!!!
