5' 3'' about 80 kg F, need advice on my idea for weight loss

new approach:

2 diet shakes of 157 kcal

2-300 kcal of cream for tea

1 occasional glass of wine

1 atkins meal (about 400kcal - veg - meat - mayo for example)

I might not be in ketosis with any of this - which is not 100 % the point - i just want to stick to it but definitely not with the wine, and maybe could put a temporary stop to this - which is a definite really I'll finish this bottle in the next 2 days or so...:grumble:

    sorry not to sound committed but I'm getting a bit sick of it and don't want to be obese... I'm 5'4'' btw so not quite as bad -- got that wrong

    so...you plan on eating how many calories a day???? 1200???

    why?

    Goal should be to eat as much as you can and still lose weight not deprive yourself and punish yourself with food because you gained weight.
