    Also, we are almost weight loss "twins" because I am 5'8" and have (in total) gone from 307 to 186 so far, and it took me over 4 years to get down to 262 before I discovered MFP.

    Hurray for continued progress!!!

    I started around the same weight. I'm at 225 right now and want to get down to 145. Just making small goals which my next is getting to 210 then out of the 200's.
    But love seeing others who have paved the path
