Hi I'm 47 and been at this since January, looking to add some more UK daily loggers, also with open diaries. Welcome anyone but nice to see others in my time zone and eating foods I recognise.

    Sorry, not from UK. but I have been there a few times. I currently live in Hawaii. Not sure I eat foods not available everywhere but I started back with MFP yesterday and would love to be "friends" with others especially with open food journals. I think it will help to shares ideas/menus. Feel free to friend me if you like!
