Have only ever had 1 friend on here that's been a fellow Long Islander. anyone else on here from the island? would love to make some new friends so we can swap good healthy places to eat and local running/biking spots

I grew up there but moved away for college. I've lived in NC for 9 years now.

I'm from Long Island and would love to have a work-out partner. I haven't ran in about 6 months, so I have to work up to that. But, I don't mind going to the track and speed-walking, jogging, plyo, etc. I'm in Nassau County.

I went to school at Stony Brook and then worked on Long Island for a year, but that was over a decade ago. Loved it there!
