healthy snacks to eat back?

I plan on losing 500 calories every day and I need to eat them back but have no idea what to eat that's healthy AND 500 calories so what should I do? (I wanna lose weight)

Well, if you know you are going to burn 500 calories a day, you can easily simply plan to make your meals bigger so you meet your goals.
Alternatively, things like nuts, cottage cheese, eggs, oatmeal, Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, smoothie, dark chocolate... list goes on.0 -
I eat oatmeal with flax and chia seeds every morning and it is under 400. Apples with almond butter or pb is also good and bananas and almonds0

nuts. Easy to snack on, good fats and protein. High calorie for the weight.0
