3lbs over night after lifting! HELP!

After months of being inactive, I started stronglifts 5x5. When I started workout b, 3 lbs disappeared over night! I see so many people freaking out over gains, but I lost. What did I do wrong? Did I not hydrate enough? Did I not eat enough? Is this dangerous?

I travel a fair bit so luckily I have experienced Chipotle in New York. It was delicious. Particularly with the extra guacamole. I remember coming to this site and wondering...wtf is Chipotle and why is everyone eating it? I thought it was a smoked chili? lol. Both are tasty options.0 -

I dropped 3lbs and ate WAY too much Easter candy to make up for it. It worked so well I'm now a 1lb overweight. Maintenance is crazy, man!0

If you weigh yourself daily, then look for trends, not individual variances. Anything could have cause that. Most likely water, rather than chipotle.
But I do love a good chipotle.... anything.
Weighing myself the same day, same time, same circumstance every week helps me keep a better perspective on things. I go for for Monday morning, first thing out of bed.0 -

It's pretty much a DIRE emergency.
Heat up the oven - throw in some bacon to fry up. Dark chocolate in some form to go with said bacon. Ingest slowy - savor every single bite. If you eat too fast then .. welll .. you don't want to know. Ooops! too late??0 -
