broccoli soup 240 cals a cup crockpot ser8

1 onion chopped med
5 cups of broccoli florets chopped
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of u know what yep cheddar cheese ...........put all in crock pot except cheese cook on high 4 hours low 6 hours stir half way through............stir in cheese now blend vigorously to break up florets don't blend cause it will change the taste of the florets u can add more cheese on top after if u like ...........enjoy with your favorite chackers or i make bread cubes in oven just ex.

  • You just might inspire me to make my own cream of brocolli soup, though I'll probably go for fresh ingredients and use real cream. I can manage the extra 100 calories per serving if I can enjoy that wonderful creamy flavor, or perhaps use less cream and more broth for a thinner soup.

    Sounds great! Im gonna make it soon. I am not scared of all the processed stuff, I know I should be and that lots of people are, but I will use fat free everything I can!! Thanks for the recipe!
