"Belly Off" video - what would you log this as?

I've been enjoying doing the "Belly off - the strength training routine". I do the full 55 minutes, it involves a lot of warming up and cooling down but the weight exercises make me sweat.

What exercise in MFP's collection would you log it as?

    Don't log it. MFP is a horrible measure of how many calories you actually burn. Invest in a HRM then you can log each workout individually. I got the Polar FT4 on amazon for $60. Now I am able to actually track how many calories I burn per workout and generally it's half of what MFP tells me I burn doing the same activity. When I log my workouts I log them as Y Zumba 1/1/14 (gym/activity/date).

    I'm off to research Heart Rate Monitors!
