Wow Me with Chia Recipes

Oh I use it for all sorts of things:

Overnight oats - throw it in with anything really

Add them to soups, stews, or gravies where they also act as a thickener. If I ever stir fried, I'd add them there. I have store-bought breads where they are used as a whole grain, though you could probably add them to plenty of baked goods. You could add them to meatballs or stuffing. And though you could add them to any green salad as is, you might be able to get them to grow to make sprouts.
