Am I eating enough?

So I'm currently 18, I weigh 210 pounds and I'm 5'11'' (maybe 5'10'') I started MFP around 5 months ago and I've been very consistent with it. I started eating at around 2000 calories but I moved it down to 1900, I work out normally 2/3 days a week doing strength training and then 2 days doing cardio. I normally eat about 50% of my exercise calories back but I'm not sure if I'm eating enough considering I'm still young etc, because sometimes I'll have 2 weeks where I won't lose anything.

Just looking for suggestions?

Thanks :)

Your body will not do the same thing week after week despite you doing the same routine. The body isn't built to function that way. If you have been losing prior to the said two weeks then continue with your plan. Otherwise, track everything (food, water, exercise, and measurements) and make sure you are at the appropriate deficiency to lose weight. Make sure your activity level is set correctly to match your weekly exercise. Also, make sure your weekly weight loss goal is set appropriately as well. Don't force 2 lbs. per week if you don't have that much to lose.

I don't, I switch my cardio up by increasing either time or intensity, and I log everything accurately already. I just wonder if this is too low, I got to college 3 days a week and I'm walking around a lot there, I do acting so I'm stood up a lot and to get to classes I have to go up/down 9 flights of steps. I just wondering if 1900 is enough for me

Whats your activity level set as. If your daily life (college, walking, stairs) that active your activity level should reflect that, and your calorie allowence should adjust.

That being said, again your body isnt a robot, you wont lose the exact same each week.

Well I haven't been at college for a few months due to illness, so I thought I better reduce calories slightly as I wasn't really doing a lot of walking, just working out and then I'd eat some of my calories back. I'm not asking this question from a weight loss perspective, I mean in general does it sound like I'm eating enough? I just tried the TDEE method, my BMR is around 1950 cals and my TDEE With 20% subtracted is 2195. I've bumped my calories up to 2000 again, going to try this for a few weeks and see if I feel a bit more energetic and see if my weight loss continues. I still have 35lbs that I want to lose, so I'm not really that close to my goal.
