what are some pointers to start with help from myfitnesspal-seems like things are not too clear-as to what to do-thanks-any suggestions welcomed

  • Have you set your weight loss/gain goals, and entered in your age/weight/etc?
  • I'm new too just startlede today. I think this appi is just for tracking, it doesn't really give any meal or fitness. Like itplans. But so far I really like it. Its nice to track my calories and it so simple to put in foods less tedious than writing it down

    I just started yesterday. It is very easy to use. I found it easier to fill out everything using my computer. Then I track everything on my phone. I love how you can type in what you ate and multiple things come up to make sure you find the right one. There is a recipe section. It might have other members recipes on it. I still havent figured this hole thing out yet. Ive just been playing around with it and learning more each time I play. Hope this helps. :smile:
