My name is Dora and I have two grown children and daughter and son and have 9 grandchildren and one great grandson. I love to walk but the doctor doesn't want me walking cause of Arthur being so bad in my feet..so what to do?

Try buying some free hand weights... start off small.. maybe 2-3 lbs each and you can lift them while watching tv, walking around the house, ect... where ever you walk in the house, take the dumbells with you. You can carry them over your head, bicep curls, and work all muscles of your arms! That is a start on getting some type of exercise in.

Another great LOW IMPACT exercise is...... SWIMMING!!! Will work EVERY single muscle in your body. Its the best low impact exercise in the book (well in my book!) :bigsmile:
