Hi all.
New here and looking for advice. I'm trying to drop 10 pounds and I get so frustrated because I can't eat poultry product (chicken, turkey, eggs, etc...) plus I cant stand fish. I know that really only leaves me with beef & pork....plus the occasional wild game I have access to.

Does anyone have any suggestions on better/best cuts of these meats or recipes even. My dinner never feels complete without meat of some sort.

Eat a smaller portion of what you would normally eat and fit it into your calorie deficit and you can easily lose weight. You can have a big ole steak if you want if you make sure and keep under your cals.

What did you eat before you started losing weight?

I love pork loin in any form.

Chops, roast or thinly sliced, pulled. There are a lot of options out there for pork as well.

Maple glazed, honey mustard, brown sugared, bbq'd, pulled pork sandwich, fried, roasted, grilled with seasonings...

Is it just fish you don't like or fish and seafood...because if you like seafood there is always that too...

You can cut portion sizes, or if you want to include fattier/bigger cuts of meat, balance them out with low-cal sides such as steamed vegetables etc.

I recommend pre-logging what you plan to eat. Then you'll have time, before you start cooking, to make it work.

This, can't go wrong with pork, I smoked two bacon bombs over the weekend, they were epic. As for beef, my two favorite cuts are the ribeye and strip. I also like prime rib, smoked one of those last weekend.
