too much water

my room is pretty hot around 30'c all day and im so thirsty these day i drink maybe 15 bottle of water/day

    If you are drinking water because you are thirsty, there is no need for concern. If, on the other hand, your bottles of water are 1L each, you may want to consult your GP -- excessive thirst is a sign of many things, diabetes being one of them...

    i must admit what i ate today was high in sodium so maybe it could explain it and its some 500ml bottle
