How many Kcal does my gym session burn?

Doing starting strength by Mark Ripptoe, just curious if anyone has an idea of how many kcal I'd burn throughout the session and day from it.

I'm 22, 6'1, weigh around 12 and a half stone.

Day A:
Squat 21kg x 10, 41kg x 4, 61kg x 3, (81kg x 5) x 3.
Bench 21kg x 10, 31kg x 6, 41kg x 3, (61kg x 5) x 3.
Deadlift 41kg x 10, 61kg x 6, 91kg x 3, 141kg x 5.

Day B:
Squat 21kg x 10, 41kg x 4, 61kg x 3, (81kg x 5) x 3.
Press 21kg x 10, 31kg x 3, (46kg x 5) x 3.
Powerclean 31kg x 10, (58.5kg x 5) x 3.
Chin ups To failure x 3.

Each week put it up 2.5kg if I can.

Do that Mon/Wed/Fri and occasionally do an hour of cycling Tue/Thur between.

No one will probably know but no harm in asking!

there is no solid number as each person is different. Factors such as how much lean mass you have, heart rate, and the amount of weight and intensity of the workout will all determine what is going on.

    Doing starting strength myself.

I've tried using the cardio (weights) entry but it consistently has me gaining weight when I do, far above the 1/2 lb a week of muscle I have the potential to gain (hint: I don't gain muscle THAT fast!). I think the effect of SS calorie burn in and of itself is minimal to the point of being a rounding error in the calculations.

'strength training' is in the exercise database... i would just use that as a rough guide based on however long it takes you.
