I feel I always have a hard time concentrating. It takes me forever to get things done. Yes, I am a procrastinator but still this is ridiculous. I have never had this problem before. I wonder if I have developed Adult ADD or something. Is there anything out there I can pick up at Walmart or at a health foods store that will increase my focus and help with concentration. Please share.

This article is about a year old. There is still a lot of conflicting info out there. Some say yes, some say no.
I take fish oil supplements every day. I have upped my protein during the day. I take 3mg of melatonin at night before bed per my Doctor's orders (I have Fibromyalgia).
I think getting a good sleep has done more for my focus and concentration than anything else!
Fish oil is great for your skin too!0 -
i've done some research in the area. Vitamin B6, B12, and also Omega 3's.0

Yeah B vitamins have helped me in the past. I even took the sublingual ones you put under your tongue for faster absorption. I need to pick up some more.0
