Who doesnt need more brownies in their lives...
  • Definitely making some of these (I mean - right now!!).. However, I don't know what rolled oats are. Are they really needed? I might leave out yogurt too. Hope they turn out good :) Thanks for the recipe!

    2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
    6 oz. Light Greek Yoghurt
    1/4 cup almond milk
Orgran No Egg (or a real egg!)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Mix this all (minus the PB and chocolate chips!) in a blender / processor. Pour into a 8X8 brownie pan. Melt the peanut butter and drizzle on the top then sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Bake for about 20 min at 180 degrees. :)
They're not cakey but very light and fudgy. YUM!

    You're welcome!
Yikes. Is that 350° F for us US of A folks?

Thanks for sharing. Is there anything better than peanut butter and chocolate?

Crunchy peanut butter, chocolate on a banana. ;)
