Just starting out, looking for friends and support! I am 25 y/o, 5'2, 126lbs, and plan to work out out 3-5x a week using workout DVDs at home. Anyone else who is similar please feel free to add me!

    What's your at home program? How long are the workouts? I love working out at home, I finally fired my gym. :D
  • I have a ton of Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper DVDs, switching between them each day to hit different muscle groups. The current struggle is finding the motivation to put them on every afternoon! That's why I joined here, thought maybe I'd find some motivation and accountability :)
