I just ran out of Splenda and had to use regular granulated sugar cane sugar in muh coffee. Do I need to do a cleanse now? Which should I do?

You have to do the "Opposites Attract" Cleanse, it's the best! You basically ingest a mug of sugar with a drop of coffee in it, and then it all meets up in your body and becomes inert. It's like magic!0
